How long does it take for you to detail my car ?

Detailing your vehicle ranges from 1 to 3.5 hours depending on the package you choose and the complexity of the job. We don't rush any work EVER to ensure we give your vehicle the best detailing results possible!

 

My car smells strange. How can i get rid of the smell?

We offer an full 3 hour ozone treatment on your car for $29. Usually this does the trick and destroys all the particles in your car cabin. We also recommend  adding a gold package to this service if the odour is very strong.

 

Does Autobahn Detailing Ottawa offer mobile car cleaning?

We currently don't offer mobile car detailing but we do plan to launch that as a new part of our company in the near future. Stay tuned!

There was a missed spot after i received my car back, what can i do to fix it ?

Even though this is a very rare occurrence feel free to mention it to the site manager and he'll gladly fix your desired issues. If you realize this once you've arrived home, simply give us a call to bring the car back in at your earliest convenience. We've got you covered from start to finish!

If i bring in multiple vehicles for my family, a car dealership, or a car rental agency - Can i get a deal?

Should i put my mats back in after my vehicle has had a shampoo treatment?

We highly recommend that you don't put your mats back in your vehicle until your floors are completely dry! We also recommend that you leave your windows down an inch to ensure moisture doesn't stay trapped in the vehicle.

I need my car detailed tonight. Can i book a last minute detailing appointment?
